ABOUT ME

Welcome to my website.
Although I have always enjoyed taking photographs it wasn't until I bought my first digital camera that I took up photography seriously later in life. I discovered Macro photography and I was hooked seeing the minute details often not seen with the naked eye. I was encouraged to join the Royal Photographic Society and put forward a panel of photographs for the Licentiate Qualification. 
After successfully gaining the Licentiate with the Royal Photographic Society in 2009 I then decided to aim for the Associate Level in 2012.  I am pleased to say I was once again successful. The same year in 2012 my work gained Highly Commended in the plant category of International Garden Photographer of the Year and also published on the front cover of the book - Five Years of Award Winning Images. 
My images have been published in PhotoPlus Photography Magazine and five images featured in The Western Morning Newspaper, also Published on the cover of the Bamboo Society Newsletter. 
My work has been excepted for several years running with the RPS Visual Art members print exhibitions.
I have since gone on to hold several photography exhibitions in Devon and exhibited on the South Hams Arts Trail. Most recently my work and Floral Cards have been on display at The Garden House, Yelverton Devon.
